Pre-Installation Conferences
Before any major phase (concrete, roofing, glazing) begins, we hold a meeting with subcontractors to review specifications, mock-ups, and installation procedures to align expectations.
Digital Inspections
We utilize cloud-based software (Procore/PlanGrid) to conduct real-time inspections. Issues are documented with photos and assigned for immediate rectification before work proceeds.
Material Testing
We coordinate third-party testing for soil compaction, concrete strength, and steel weld integrity. We verify that every material installed meets the project's engineering standards.
