We are continuously bidding on commercial, industrial, and retail projects throughout the region. To maintain our high standards of safety and quality, we require all potential partners to undergo a prequalification process.

• Certificate of Insurance (COI) meeting our minimums
• OSHA Safety Logs (Last 3 Years)
• List of 3 Recent Completed Projects
• Signed Subcontractor Agreement
